The Church has many features of special interest, including the font, screen, altar, stained glass windows and pictures; It has been home to a living, worshipping, praying church community for Springfield for centuries.
There are excellent primary schools in the area, including Springfield Primary School and Bishops Primary School, and a secondary school called The Boswell Academy, where Nick Abbot, a radio presenter, and Keith Flint, the lead singer of The Prodigy, attended.
